President Timothy J. Cummens, PE
Tim received a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities in 1977 and is a registered Professional Engineer for the State of Wisconsin. In addition to his P.E. license, Tim is a licensed Well Driller/Pump Installer in both Wisconsin and Illinois. He also maintains a Water Works Operator license in Wisconsin for Groundwater and Distribution.
Tim, an active athlete during high school, earned an athletic scholarship to the University of Minnesota. During these years he worked part time for CTW Corporation. Since graduating from college, he has served as Manager of Field Operations for CTW and in January of 1994, Tim assumed the position of CTW Corporate President.
Treasurer William A. Cummens, PE
Bill received a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree in 1952 from the University of Minnesota. Bill is a registered Civil Engineer in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, Michigan, and California. In addition, he is a licensed Water Well Driller and Pump Installer in Wisconsin and Illinois, and a licensed Water Works Operator in the State of Wisconsin. Bill received the prestigious Golden Drop Award in 2007 for 50 years of service to American Water Works Association.
Office Manager Cathy Martin
Cathy earned a B.S. degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. She began work at CTW in 1989 and is the Corporate Secretary and office manager, working out of the Lannon office.
Branch Manager Thomas J. Goethel, PE
Tom received a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in 1976. Tom is a Registered Professional Engineer for the State of Wisconsin with fifteen years of experience in the consulting engineering field prior to joining CTW in 1993. He has been involved in all aspects of water supply engineering, including project design, client liaison and construction supervision. Tom is also a volunteer firefighter for the City of Baraboo.
Branch Manager Bernard A. Nooyen
Bernie is the former owner/operator of Nooyen Industrial Pump Company. In 1986 he merged into CTW Corporation, becoming manager of CTW-Green Bay Division. Bernie has more than forty years of well and pump experience.
Director of Technical Services Roger M. Olson, MA
Roger earned a B.S. and an M.S. degree from the University of Minnesota. As a technologist, he has over thirty years of well and pump experience, and is a national Ground Water Association certified pump installer. Roger is a licensed Pump Installer and Waterworks Operator in Wisconsin.
Field Workers
Dave Sanders: Dave brought eighteen years of machining and welding experience with him when he began his career as a pump technician with CTW Corporation in 1990. Dave also is a certified crane operator.
Tim Pagel: Tim joined CTW in 1995. He is a licensed Wisconsin Pump Installer, Drill Rig Helper, and Cross Connection Control Tester. He also operates our dual view, color, down-the-hole camera. Tim oversees operations from our Waunakee facility.
Blake Haun: Blake began his career with CTW Corporation in 2001. Blake is a pump technician who comes from a family of well drillers (Gillett Well Drilling).
